Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before the Start of the Tour: Clients will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits and administrative fees.
  • Cancellations Made 15 to 29 Days Before the Start of the Tour: Clients will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations Made 14 Days or Less Before the Start of the Tour: No refunds will be provided.

Cancellation by AGA Tours & Travel

  • In the event that AGA Tours & Travel needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative tour of equal value. If this is not acceptable, clients will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

2. Refunds for Unused Services

No refunds will be made for any unused services, such as accommodations, meals, or sightseeing tours, once the tour has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits

Certain tours may require a non-refundable deposit to secure a booking. These deposits are clearly indicated at the time of booking and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes Made 30 Days or More Before the Start of the Tour: No change fee will be charged, but any difference in cost between the original and new bookings must be paid by the client.
